They need to go to the game menu > settings set the "show level up dialogue" option to on and click update preferences. Then they should proceed to the home screen and receive a level up prompt immediately

Furthermore, 140k rep should let them level up to level 26 (about 4k short of 27)
Is there anyone on here that has a fairly high rep. But is stuck on a low level. As one of our members can't get past level 2. Yet their rep is 140,017. They asked me why they haven't leveled up yet. But honestly I have no idea.
