I get an error message to say a job is in progress when it's not, so unable to start any new jobs

Did you have a chain going?

No, don't have a chain going. Havent been able to start for hours, so any job that would have been going would have been long finished by now.

Marking as fixed as the immediate issue was resolved. There is still an underlying state issue that is creeping up now and then that I do need to sort out though.
