There seems to be an issue happening with the notification for full energy not going through if your life is not full. It's been a problem for a while and pretty consistent at that. 

I won't receive a notification until I get the notification for Full Life, and even then it still doesn't give me one for full energy.

The notifications are quite difficult as I seem to be hitting up against some sort of undocumented limit, but I've made a change that may help which is deploying now.
