cant get money from the vault to my hand.. any number i fill in shows as 0 and  it wont let you withdraw all aswell .. let me know if you expierienced the same or no

Are you referring to your own personal property vault or the cartel one? The cartel one requires specific permissions to withdraw from.

only happens on personal vault, sometimes it works fine. then when i refresh the tab i cant withdraw anymore. i cant really explain well sorry. the field where you set in the number on how much you want to withdraw in there i cant change the number to any other than 0. whenever you click withdraw it sets the number back to 0 without withdrawing the money
