I'm not sure if it's just the way it is or if something isn't working properly with my Gym Gains. I will train 100 energy on say Defence and gain 60 then the next time I train 100 energy I might only gain 50. Should the gains not at least stay the same? Thank you

There's an element of randomness to trains, however it works out to the same value over time, so there's no real need to worry :)

Is it a percentage of your stat that you gain? Will your gains eventually increase the more you train?

There's a few things that go into it but yes, basically the more of a stat you have and the greater your intelligence, the more gym gains you'll receive.
