Unlike in the personal vault or the bank where 1 of the £ buttons enters all your money on hand to deposit, and the other £ button enters all your bank or vault money to withdraw, the cartel vault buttons don't do anything.

Therefore, to stay more consistent I suggest the £ button to deposit cash enters all money on hand, the "send cash" £ button enters the amount of money the chosen members has in the vault, and the withdraw cash £ button enters all the money in the vault except member balance (aka. the money labeled "available").

(The shown value in the "withdraw cash" section currently includes member balance, and I'm not sure people with access to withdraw cash should be able to take that money while it's still set to be part of a members balance)

This is a bug report instead of a suggestion because it's inconsistent with how the £ button works elsewhere and because Vaelinn told me so when I asked him in discord
