As the title said I did not receive energy after consuming cocaine from the cartel armory I was able to replicate this bug about 3 more times 

My last attack was about 10 minutes before this and I did not train in the gym 

Edit: The problem still persists though I can use other items like Corona beers from the armory and still get energy

Having the same issue. I've used like 10 cocaine since it started and the energy appears and then disappears once I reload. Cartel logs show it has been consumed. Our cartel has weekly attack competitions, so this is extremely annoying.
