It is as KWYY suggested, you spent your daily allotment of casino tokens on lotto tickets, so you cannot play blackjack due to no tokens. So "Not enough tokens" is accurate and expected here.
I haven't played blackjack in ages. Today I wanted to play it. So opened it, but it was saying "not enough tokens" even though I haven't played it in ages, let alone today.
