I don't have the free time to play this game much.
When I see a new player I just wanna hug them and help them and squeeze them. It makes me happy to see where the people I've helped are at right now.
Title explains it. Heisenbergs giveaway is over, hes given away everything he owns and quit the game. Leaving it up is just getting peoples hopes up who don't know better.
