Advanced search has been given some much needed focus recently, and has been upgraded into a much broader advanced player search for both inactive target discovery and cartel recruitment.

Changes

• Switched advanced search to GET URLs so filters are shareable and pagination preserves them.
• Added a full filter form on the results page while keeping the nav dropdown shortcut.
• Preserved selected filters after each search.
• Renamed copy from target-focused language to general player search language.
• Clarified activity filters with Inactive For At Least and Active Within.
• Added filters for attackable players, unavailable statuses, same-cartel exclusion, bounties, level range/near-me, cartel membership, and status.
• Added sorting by inactivity, recent activity, level, account age, and bounty.
• Added User ID support, result counts, readable Last Active, and bounty values in results.
• Added validation for invalid filter combinations.
• Improved query encoding and fixed cartel search pagination.
