Tried to scam me from Constructions Prices, telling me no one would pay the prices I was asking for and that he would wait for prices to drop. I explained to him that Construction NPC pays prices higher for Steel, Bricks, Concrete Bags than he wanted to pay. Told me that I need to sell at a lower price because he is buying bulk. Construction NPC buys bulk too. Shoo Scammer Shoo.
Message for all of Cartel: check the town NPCs and make sure someone isnt trying buy items cheaper than what they offer. Complete ignore prices for Nails / Supporter packs. Also check the item market to get another some items are very inflated atm.
If you are a new player and need help. Ask in global or join High Reputation Cartel. Many experienced players that can assist and get you started.

I’ll correct this clearly and then move on.
I was the one who said no one would buy at that rate, and I said it in the context of player-to-player trades, not NPC prices. That distinction matters.
NPC prices are a baseline, not a rule. Player markets fluctuate based on supply, demand, timing, and convenience. Pointing this out is normal trading discussion, not deception.
There was: • No hidden information
• No forced trade
• No completed deal
We discussed prices, disagreed, and walked away. That is a price disagreement, not a scam.
Offering or rejecting prices — whether higher or lower than NPCs — is a choice each player makes. If a deal doesn’t make sense, the correct action is to decline, which is exactly what happened.
Labeling someone a scammer and placing a bounty over a failed negotiation escalates a simple disagreement into harassment. That helps no one, especially new players.
I have never scammed anyone, and I stand by transparent trading and educating players to: • Check NPC prices
• Check the market
• Decide for themselves
I won’t continue engaging in accusations without evidence.
Disagreeing on price is not scamming — it’s trading.
Let’s keep Cartel Empire fair, informed, and respectful.

See and this is the problem. You are arguing about semantics that really don't matter. You are arguing the word "scammer" was used improperly and we are here telling you this isn't the problem.
The problem is your arrogant post basically calling out the vets to this game not helping noobs to stay, when you have ABSOLUTELY no idea the amount of hours and billions of in game cash some of us have given for people to just quit (or end up being jerks).
Sombra may have used improper language by calling you a scammer but he was 100 % right to call you out. Just saying
"Goodness is not goodness that seeks advantage. Good is good in the final hour, in the deepest pit, without hope, without witness, without reward. Virtue is only virtue in extremis."

I want to respond respectfully and keep this peaceful.
I was aware from the beginning that price disagreements could happen, and I was completely okay with that. My intention was never to argue or cause tension. It was simply to help players who may have been disadvantaged and to encourage a constructive discussion around fair pricing for new players.
This was never about me or about forcing a deal. It was about sharing perspectives, checking NPC and market references together, and seeing how we can build a better experience for newcomers.
We discussed prices, we didn’t agree, and no trade took place — which is perfectly okay. That’s part of healthy trading.
I genuinely wanted us to talk, understand each other, and build something positive that helps new players learn and grow without feeling discouraged.
I respect different viewpoints, and I hope we can keep the focus on education, fairness, and community growth, rather than misunderstandings.
No hard feelings at all — I wish everyone good trades and good progress in the game.

Once again you are assuming and insinuating to us that current construction traders who have spent YEARS doing so don't know the market as well as you do.
A really ridiculous assumption.
And I mean all of this as respectfully as I can be

I hear you, and I want to acknowledge that point respectfully.
You’re right — the word choice isn’t the real issue, and I don’t want this to turn into a debate about semantics. That was never my intention.
I also want to be clear that I never meant to disrespect or call out veteran players. I fully recognize and respect the countless hours, effort, and resources many vets have poured into helping new players — often with no return and no recognition. That work matters, and I don’t dismiss it at all.
My post didn’t come from arrogance or a belief that others aren’t doing enough. It came from a genuine place of wanting to add something positive, even if it’s small. I’m not trying to look smart, superior, or knowledgeable — just trying to contribute in a way that helps reduce frustration for newcomers who are already struggling.
If my message came across the wrong way, that’s on me, and I take responsibility for that. The goal was never to divide vets and new players, but to support the same outcome we all want: a healthier community where new players stick around and grow.
I appreciate the feedback, and I’m open to learning how to approach this better. No hard feelings at all — I respect the time, effort, and experience you and other veterans bring to the game.
At the end of the day, we’re on the same side.
