I want to clearly explain the movement I’ve been working on and how old players can play a role in shaping the future of Cartel Empire.
Many new players are being taken advantage of. They sell valuable items like Stars for 2m, not knowing their real worth, which can be tens of millions. When this happens, new players feel cheated, lose motivation, and often quit the game early. This hurts the entire community and economy in the long run.
How this movement works:
• Old players donate any amount of money or important items they can spare (cash, Stars, boosters, weapons, protection items, etc.).
• These donations are not for profit and are given directly to disadvantaged new players who were exploited or are struggling to progress.
• New players receive support, education on item values, and guidance so they can stand on their own feet and grow properly.
• This creates stronger players, a healthier market, and more long-term competition — which benefits everyone, especially veterans.
Why this is important for old players:
• Strong new players mean a stronger, more active game.
• Less scamming and exploitation protects the economy you helped build.
• You become part of something bigger than individual wealth — a legacy.
• Today’s supported beginner is tomorrow’s powerful trader or rival.
This is not begging. This is investment in the future of the game.
To the veterans who still respect Cartel Empire — your support matters.
To the new players who feel disadvantaged — this movement is for you.
The movement is active. The mission is clear.
Let’s build players, not quitters. 💯

Tried to scam me from Constructions Prices, telling me no one would pay the prices I was asking for and that he would wait for prices to drop. I explained to him that Construction NPC pays prices higher for Steel, Bricks, Concrete Bags than he wanted to pay. Told me that I need to sell at a lower price because he is buying bulk. Construction NPC buys bulk too. Shoo Scammer Shoo.
Message for all of Cartel: check the town NPCs and make sure someone isnt trying buy items cheaper than what they offer. Complete ignore prices for Nails / Supporter packs. Also check the item market to get another some items are very inflated atm.
If you are a new player and need help. Ask in global or join High Reputation Cartel. Many experienced players that can assist and get you started.

Let’s be clear and keep this mature.
There is a difference between a scam, a bad deal, and a price disagreement.
A scam is deception — lying about item value, hiding facts, or tricking someone who doesn’t know better.
A bad deal is when someone accepts a price they later regret.
A disagreement is when two players simply don’t agree on price and walk away.
In this case, there was no scam. Prices were openly stated, no one was forced, and when we didn’t agree, the trade did not happen. That’s how a free market works.
Using NPC prices and the market as reference points is basic trading knowledge, not manipulation. Bulk buying does not automatically mean prices must be lower — especially when NPCs already buy in bulk at higher rates.
I have never scammed anyone, and I don’t operate that way. If a deal doesn’t make sense to someone, the correct move is to decline — not to label it as a scam.
Let’s keep the focus where it belongs:
• Educating new players
• Trading transparently
• Calling out real scams — not disagreements
Respectful trading builds the game. False accusations don’t.

1 - your post contradicts our conversation
2 - you attempted to low ball with prices lower than Construction NPC for Steel- Concrete - Bricks
3 - you claim that no one will buy at my prices...when I counter you that NPC prices are higher
4 - you mention you are offering me a price because you are buying in bulk that is still lower than Construction NPC prices.
5 - the fact that you are even offering prices lower than NPCs is ridiculous. Easy way for you to quickly flip for a price gain.
6 - this is educating the new players, educating them to stay away from you.
7 - claiming false accusations is same as calling me a liar. If that's really the route you wanna go, these new players are gonna learn a new lesson from this.

This thread is Birthday Card Pish.
How do you track whom even got scammed in the first place; it's usually all heresay and rumours.
And while i sympathise with new players getting scammed; they have to take a proactive approach to find the prices themselves up to a point. Any older player known to scam gets buried anyway.
This game has a bigger problem; newbies coming into the game wanting handouts, because they can't be bothered to play the game in any meaninful manner, they can grovel and work their way up. This creates stronger players in the long run, that actually will value their in-game time.. rather than wasting it, in global talking smack in an arena they have no business entering. Scams are going to happen they are legal, and when they are discovered, they are usually always taken seriously by the older players.
The players that lack the understanding in how to conduct themselves in-game is the problem, they must bend to the whim of the stronger player up to a degree, EGO has no place here, you leave it at the door, the strong player is the player that does not let ego enter the equation; that let's a hundred hospalisation's go.. on the account that the bigger player can fold him over like a wet wipe at any point in the process indefinetely.
Use a bit of imagination, apologise? slip a few million to grease some palms, or better yet... Don't blow up stronger player's Dm's hoping to get some mercy, be stoic. let it happen and then when the time comes, come to an arrangement.
The Veterans lived that, the day they made their accounts just as the newbies will do; and the newbies will endure.. and come out of it better. Or they will not and quit. That is Cartel Empire.
This ain't Candy crush.

Also to add on, this is the same guy that made an absolutely PREDATORY trading post that will ONLY ever trick newbies of the game thinking that these could possible be the going rates until he got enough backlash
https://cartelempire.online/Forum/7/4812 and then goes on to moral grandstand with this post.
You will spend most of your CE time in hospital or you will quit. This is the bed you made and you WILL lie in it.

Some of us veterans have been charging nearly 50% off their construction materials this entire time. (50% off market prices to be clear)
If you offered me less than what the shop charged I would still laugh in your face to be quite honest.
Some people don't understand it takes A YEAR AND A HALF MINIMUM. To max the prestige for construction. If you're unhappy with the prices you are more than welcome to put in the time to prestige it and do what I do which is sell my materials WELL below market prices.
Even with all that being said it can be argued I am the most generous construction trader in the game and I would rather sell my materials to the NPC shop then have some noob who's probably going to quit in a month buy them for less.
My opinion is this entire post is ridiculous. There's plenty of veterans out here doing things EVERY SINGLE DAY for the noobs of this game. We just generally don't help the noobs like Bobtheslime and people who beg we help people who deserve it and who we think will continue playing the game.
Basically what I'm saying is if you have a problem with the way the economy is here, then you're more than welcome to be part of the solution such as players like Dan or Snowwhite or myself or many of the dozens upon dozens of veterans who give stuff away on a regular basis to keep this game what it is.
This post is a slap in the face to any of us already doing this and comes off as very arrogant on your account

I’ll correct this clearly and then move on.
I was the one who said no one would buy at that rate, and I said it in the context of player-to-player trades, not NPC prices. That distinction matters.
NPC prices are a baseline, not a rule. Player markets fluctuate based on supply, demand, timing, and convenience. Pointing this out is normal trading discussion, not deception.
There was: • No hidden information
• No forced trade
• No completed deal
We discussed prices, disagreed, and walked away. That is a price disagreement, not a scam.
Offering or rejecting prices — whether higher or lower than NPCs — is a choice each player makes. If a deal doesn’t make sense, the correct action is to decline, which is exactly what happened.
Labeling someone a scammer and placing a bounty over a failed negotiation escalates a simple disagreement into harassment. That helps no one, especially new players.
I have never scammed anyone, and I stand by transparent trading and educating players to: • Check NPC prices
• Check the market
• Decide for themselves
I won’t continue engaging in accusations without evidence.
Disagreeing on price is not scamming — it’s trading.
Let’s keep Cartel Empire fair, informed, and respectful.
I’ve been quiet because I’ve been building something bigger than trades and profit — a movement focused on real growth and development for both new players and veterans.
There’s a serious problem in this game. Some players prey on newcomers, buying high-value items like Stars for 2m when they’re worth tens of millions. That’s not hustle — that’s exploitation. And it’s exactly why many new players quit before they even get a real chance to play.
This movement is here to protect, educate, and uplift disadvantaged players, while restoring balance and respect in the economy.
To the old and established players:
I’m asking for your support. Any donation — cash, items, boosters, guidance — anything that can help compensate those who were taken advantage of and help them get back on their feet. Small help creates big impact.
To the new and struggling players:
You’re not alone anymore. This is your call to stand up, learn the real value of your items, and grow without being bullied out of the game.
This is what I’ve been working on behind the scenes.
This is not charity — it’s legacy.
Support the movement, or step aside and watch it grow.
Respect the game. Respect the players. 💯
