No not that revive turned off and still revive. Its not good one tbh.
Maybe yeah it can reduce chance of failure of revives

Or maybe something more special like velvet mystery gift could be the good base idea for stock. Something related to it.

Revives turned off would still apply, adrenaline would just remove success %

Bumping as with the addition of being able to now prestige Dr Offices to produce 'premium' items, more reason than ever to get special stock finally implemented.

I think these are some interesting ideas, worth considering for sure.
If we wanted to make more of them consumables I think that the rehabilitiation could also be converted to something like narcan.
Defib I am not sure of, that would put revives below 20e for some cartels, but worth discussing (I would personally love this as a reviver), maybe it could be a consumable defibrilator that when used provides a revive % buff for a duration.
Many of us have unlocked this course and have waited in anticipation for the joys it may bring. Why not suggest some ideas to potentially help development?
Adrenaline - single use guaranteed revive (revives turned off still applies)
Adderall - single use, boosts 'focus' reducing current university course length by X% / increasing Intelligence gains via Energy use for X minutes
Defib - permanently reduce revive cost by 5 energy
Rehabilitation - Gain access to the cities rehab centre, reducing cooldown penalty of an overdose by X% for a fee (cooldown before next use applies)
