Kindly add permissions for specific use of items, specifically: Medical items, alcohols, and drugs.

Each item under these categories should have a separate permission switch.

Example:
Category: Alcohol
Permission 1 - Corona
Permission 2 - Mexcal
Permission 3 - Blancoda
Permission n - n,alcohol

Once a new role has been created by the Capo/Co-Capo, this permission setting can be toggled PER role. So, a different toggle for each role, which allows for the customization of drinkable alcohol depending on the assigned role of the member.

This will greatly help in managing the armory and overall cartel planning. Other major cartels have already adopted a tiered system for their cartel memberships but lacks the ability to customize them individually. It also prevents item abuse and 'drink and run' campaign of certain players.
