Currently, the rep gain from reviving is purely based on the % chance to revive someone, but it gets easier and pays less rep when your reviving skill grows.
I think the basis rep when you start reviving is fine (I think it was about 130 rep at the highest starting revive chance (90%)), it's not great later in the game, but for something a new player can join a reviving cartel and do for rep about 1½ month into the game it's alright. I propose that we keep this as the base rep gain, and increase rep gain for harder revives in a way such that any reviver would get the same amount of rep for reviving the same target, but at higher reviving skill it's just easier to revive them.
This is a standalone suggestion, however I think it would work well with This suggestion, to make reviving skill make a difference and feel more worth it.
Edit to clarify: Revives basically comes in difficulty tiers, at my current reviving skill level, a fresh target who hasn't been revived recently has a 94% revive chance, a target who has been revived once recently has a 79% revive chance, and a target who has been revived twice recently has a 64% revive chance (judging by what I see in the hospital currently).
I want each difficulty tier to always give the same amount of rep within the tier, 1st tier 130 rep since that's what you'd get for your 1st fresh target if you've just finished the required education. Currently, targets within the same tier gives you less rep the higher your reviving skill goes, because your revive chance increases and rep gain is currently 100% decided by the revive chance.
