My next step here would be documenting how i would implement this and getting feedback.

If this is implemented, I ask at the very least that for the 1st prestige you can choose which of the level requirements to start with for your 1st prestige (it should still only unlock the 1st prestige tier stuff for you), cause there's a bunch of players who's been rep grinding for a while, and are close to hitting level 70, and making those extra 40 levels wasted energy would feel unfair.

That being said, I don't really think it'll improve anything, it'll just be a bigger grind to get to the point where you can lay back and only do training again, and frankly, the rep grind when I was a new player was my most gruelling experience with this game, and with this there will be people (me included) who will just start to use all their e rep grinding until they've unlocked the last tier and can finally start growing stats again, and that will be the efficient way to play.

This has received significant downvotes since I moved it to planned, moving it back to suggested for now. I think this would need more discussion before moving forward.
