Important notice for PayPal subscribers — Sunday 18 October
On Sunday 18 October, we will switch Cartel Empire over to a new PayPal account as part of a payments upgrade.
If you currently have an active subscription through PayPal, you will need to cancel your old PayPal subscription and re-subscribe after the change. Your existing PayPal subscription will not carry over to the new account automatically.
We will post a reminder when the deploy is live. After that, if you wish to continue subscribing with PayPal please:
Cancel your current PayPal subscription (via the Supporter page cancel button, or through PayPal if needed).
Re-subscribe on the Supporter page using PayPal or card.
You will keep your Subscriber benefits until the end of your current paid term. After that, re-subscribe to continue uninterrupted.
What else is changing with this update?
USD pricing — you will be able to pay in US Dollars as well as British Pounds.
Stripe (card payments) — an alternative to PayPal for subscriptions, Points, and Supporter Packs.
Canadian Dollar (CAD) support is planned soon after.
